Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Queuze when you use queuze.com. They're written to be read — please do.
1. What Queuze is
Queuze is an online queue for service businesses. A business owner (“you”, the “Owner”) creates a shop and one or more queues. Their customers join a queue from a link or QR code, see their place in line, and can be notified by email or phone notification when it’s their turn. Staff manage the line from a web page protected by a PIN.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. Keep access to that email account secure — whoever controls it controls your Queuze account.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement for yourself or the business you represent.
- You’re responsible for everything done in your shops, including by staff who use your manage link and PIN. Change the PIN if you think it was shared too widely.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Setting up a shop is free. To accept customers, a shop needs an active plan: US$20 per shop per month, billed in advance each month.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle your card details, invoices and sales tax/VAT. We never see your full card number.
- You can cancel any time from Usage → Manage billing. Your shop stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops taking customers. Your data stays until you delete it.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Fair use and limits
Each plan includes up to 50,000 customers per shop per month and a monthly allowance of notification emails shown in your dashboard. These are generous on purpose; if a shop goes far beyond them, we’ll contact you before changing anything.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Queuze to:
- break any law, or collect customer data you’re not allowed to collect;
- send spam, or use customer emails for anything other than the queue and the follow-up feedback email;
- impersonate another business or person, or create a shop name or link that misleads customers;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or try to get around the security of the service.
We may suspend a shop that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
6. Your data and your customers’ data
You own your shop’s content and the information your customers give you. For your customers’ personal data, you decide why it’s collected and we process it on your behalf to run the queue. You’re responsible for telling your customers how you use it; our join page already explains what the email is for. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep Queuze fast and available, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted — networks, providers and phones fail sometimes. Keep a simple backup (like calling names out loud) for busy days. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important we’ll give notice.
8. Liability
Queuze is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed customers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Queuze and delete your shops at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. After a shop is deleted, its data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law (for example, payment records kept by Lemon Squeezy).
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we’ll email owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Using Queuze after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. We’ll always try to resolve problems directly with you first.
